Renowned US Worship Leader to visit NZ

16 July, 2002

Ron Kenoly, a former Rhythm and Blues artist, now termed 'the most popular praise and worship leader in the USA', is visiting New Zealand in September. Ron Kenoly has released eight albums since 1991, including Jesus is Alive, Lift Him Up, Welcome Home, Majesty and We Offer Praises. Two albums received gold record sale status and three live videos went gold. He has allowed experiences in his life to shape his music: "As beats change, as technology changes, as the approach changes, I will change with them," he says. "I won't be like the people in the Bible who stayed in the wilderness and died because they weren't willing to crossover."
