1. Download the IR526 form
2. Complete your details on the form. To make it easier for you to donate your tax rebate to World Vision, we've already entered World Vision's IRD number in box 7.
3. Enter the tax financial year.
4. In box 8, enter the amount you wish to transfer. You may choose to transfer your total credit to us, or just a portion.
5. Sign and date the form, and staple your receipts to the back.
6. Send your completed form and receipts to the IRD.
