Extra tuition brings top results

Niva credits her academic success to the tutoring she has received through Tarash ADP

Niva is a particularly good student who lives in Tarash Area Development Programme (ADP). She has won scholarships from the Bangladesh Government, recognising her academic excellence. Her teachers attribute her success not only to her intelligence and her supportive parents, but to the extra tuition she has received outside of school hours through Tarash ADP.

The extra classes are aimed at both high-achieving children who need extension and those who need extra help to catch up, to prevent them dropping out of school.

According to her parents and teacher, Niva is very good at both Mathematics and English, and dreams of becoming a doctor.
