Better harvest, healthy family

Agricultural training has benefited Emmanuel’s entire family

Emmanuel Galula is a member of a group of farmers who work in partnership with the Budekwa Area Development Programme (ADP).
“Through training and materials offered by the programme, I managed to increase my harvest per acre. Last year I planted an acre of sorghum from which I harvested 14 bags. That food assisted my family throughout the year”, he says.
“I also received a six week course on improving my livestock. Being a village veterinarian, I was also supported with a supply kit, which benefits all members of my village,” says Emmanuel.
