The new dispensary is five kilometres closer to Frola’s home
|
Frola lives in Kagondo village in Ibwera Area Development Programme (ADP). She and her friends used to walk seven kilometres to reach the Mwemage Health Centre for any medical needs – including childbirth.
With funding from World Vision New Zealand, a new medical centre has been built, much closer to Kagondo village.
“We are very proud of the new Ibwera Dispensary building,” says Frola. “The distance we have to walk has been reduced by five kilometres.”
