During the past year, Nakonde Area Development Programme (ADP) has:
- Provided blankets for 500 sponsored children
- Provided insecticide-treated mosquito nets for 134 sponsored children
- Provided medicines and equipment for the local health centre
- Assisted the Ministry of Health to immunise all children under 1 year old
- Assisted the Ministry of Health to immunise pregnant women against tetanus
- Completed a three-classroom block at Kantongo School; 800 students are now enrolled at the school
- Provided school fees for 78 sponsored children studying at intermediate and secondary schools
- Held three workshops for community leaders; 41 people attended
- Trained board members of Tulemanne Development Trust in school management
