Grade seven kids enjoy their new classroom

Grade seven kids enjoy their new classroom
WINNIE MALLYA, FIELD REPORTER MAGUGU, TANZANIA

Today I visited the primary school that was previously under construction. I was surprised to see how fast things have gone as all the construction is now complete. The kids have started learning in their new classroom and teachers are using their staff room.

Before the construction by World Vision, teachers faced many challenges. They didn’t have a staff office and the school only had three classrooms for all the students.

Although the school still face challenges, the kids now have more room to study. The next step is to keep growing the school and build a classroom for the kindergarten age group.

The school is also working with the community to start a school feeding programme. This will help raise the number of kids attending school.

Great things are happening here in Magugu. Thank you to all the World Vision supporters who help make this possible.
