Head of Philanthropy
Responsible for delivering on an aggressive growth plan through motivational leadership and proven ‘high net worth’ relationship management experience. You will inspire and empower the Philanthropy team to deliver with a ‘can do’ attitude of continuous improvement and measurement.
Responsible for ensuring World Vision has a visible and authoritative presence across the New Zealand media landscape. You will respond to media inquiries, opportunities and emergencies. You will lead our media strategy and proactively pitch stories and content to news media outlets.
Partnership Manager (Major Donors) – South Island
Engage, manage and nurture a diverse, high net worth supporter portfolio based across the South Island. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new major donors and looking after our existing donors through excellent account management.
Support two Directors on the Senior Leadership Team. There is heaps of variety in this role as you coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, presentations, emails, board reports, and general admin support.
People & Culture Advisor
Support World Vision New Zealand's leaders with comprehensive human resources services. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including staff wellbeing programmes and support relevant development objectives on our journey with Te ao Māori and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
