Sponsorship Operations coordinator
The purpose of this position is to ensure that the sponsorship-related information needs of supporters and internal World Vision stakeholders are met, that sponsorship quality standards are upheld, that effective working relationships are formed between ADP staff, National Offices, and World Vison New Zealand; and to make a substantive contribution to the wider work of World Vision as a member of the International Partnerships Team.

Marketing & Engagement

Head of Direct Marketing and Product
This role is responsible for the programme management of World Vision’s individual and regular giving programmes. The purpose of this position is to lead the Direct Supporter Engagement team of 18 staff in the engagement, fundraising, and retention of supporters; contribute to reshaping the World Vision experience and journeys; and to manage the product portfolio aligning the right product experience to the ideal supporter segment with the optimal communications and channels.

The purpose of this position is to develop and sustain effective and ongoing relationships with schools and their wider communities within a designated geographic region; to raise funds for World Vsion New Zealand’s work; to develop an understanding and ongoing commitment to justice issues among the youth of New Zealand; and to make a substantive contribution to the wider work of World Vision as a member of the Partnership Engagement Team.
