Head of Supporter Engagement
The Head of Supporter Engagement will lead the engagement, fundraising, and retention of World Vision New Zealand's Supporters whilst contributing to reshaping the World Vision experience. This role will manage the Supporter Journeys (CX) and align the right product experience to the ideal supporter segment. Reporting into the Marketing and Engagement Director, this position leads 3 direct Managers and over 20 staff in our Penrose office.

Digital Analytics Specialist
The purpose of this position is to analyse all digital marketing activities and marketing campaigns, identifying tactics and opportunities against campaign and website performance objectives and revenue targets. Manage and maintain the methods, metrics and tools to track web performance, support improvements in user experience, and provide actionable insights to support the ongoing optimisation of the website and supporting activities.

The purpose of this position is to develop and sustain effective and ongoing relationships with schools and their wider communities within a designated geographic region; to raise funds for World Vsion New Zealand’s work; to develop an understanding and ongoing commitment to justice issues among the youth of New Zealand; and to make a substantive contribution to the wider work of World Vision as a member of the Partnership Engagement Team.

The purpose of this position is to provide superior service to World Vision New Zealand supporters which results in long term loyalty. This role will assist in achieving retention, acquisition and revenue targets and maximise opportunities to advocate on behalf of the children and communities World Vision New Zealand serves.
