Customer Service Consultant
Provide superior service to World Vision supporters through inbound and outbound calls, chat, email and letters. This role will assist in achieving our retention and revenue targets and maximise opportunities to advocate on behalf of the children and communities World Vision serves.
Responsible for delivering a wide range of events across a broad portfolio, including church, philanthropy, retail, campaign and internal staff events. You will lead a small team and manage a cross-section of supplier relationships to deliver events against leads and acquisition targets.

Responsible for delivering on an aggressive growth plan through motivational leadership and proven ‘high net worth’ relationship management experience. You will inspire and empower the Philanthropy team to deliver with a ‘can do’ attitude of continuous improvement and measurement.
