An exciting opportunity exists to lead data aspects of a digital transformation to the cloud for our datacentre centric architecture. You will analyse complex data and identify requirements for enhancement. Design, create and maintain automated processes using TSQL and enhance performance for TSQL large queries. You will effectively project manage and report. Manage database performance and health. Create and manage SSIS projects, and support Data Warehouse architecture. Create, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot Extract, Transform and Loading jobs.

You will provide superior service to World Vision supporters through inbound and outbound calls, chat, email and letters. Accurately update and maintain supporter records. Contribute to revenue targets by offering appropriate retention options and promoting current campaigns and appeals.

Supporter Engagement Specialist
In this role, you will support the successful implementation of telesales and face-to-face fundraising, securing new pledges from donors for World Vision’s work, and working with the Vendor Partnership Manager to implement a continuous improvement programme of campaign performance. In addition, you will maintain records and reporting, stock face-to-face activation collateral and supplies, and ensure telefundraising scripts align with key messaging.
