Church Relationship Manager
Nurture your passion for the mission of World Vision and Christian faith by building and maintaining relationships with the New Zealand Chinese and wider Christian community in the upper north island. You will be responsible for driving results, using creative approaches to engage potential and existing donors.
Responsible for shaping how we attract, inspire and engage our current and future supporters through digital marketing and exceptional digital experiences. You will deliver our online fundraising strategy, focusing on user experience and revenue growth, identifying tactics and opportunities to deliver on performance objectives and targets.
Donor Propositions Manager
Manage a portfolio of supporters within the Philanthropy team. You will develop funding and support propositions, impact reports, and donor communications, developing templates and streamline processes. You will be immersed in the ways of World Vision's Programming and work closely with the International Programmes Team.
External Affairs Manager
Responsible for ensuring World Vision has a visible and authoritative presence across the New Zealand media landscape. Leading a small team, you will be responsible for our media strategy, social media channels, strategic media partnerships, and providing support on organisational risk and reputation needs.
Assist the Events Manager in coordinating, creating and delivering a broad portfolio of event activations for Church, Philanthropy, Retail channels, and the World Vision 40 Hour Famine. You will design these events to inspire and engage New Zealanders through exceptional experiences.
Partnership Manager (Major Donors) – South Island
Engage, manage and nurture a diverse, high net worth supporter portfolio based across the South Island. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new major donors and looking after our existing donors through excellent account management.
Responsible for building a new donor-centric mid-level giving program that connects people's passion with our shared purpose. Your key goals include driving strategy, meeting income targets, relationship building, and optimising the supporter experience. You will also tailor communications and create donor-centred journeys.
