Thank you for helping children in the world's most dangerous places.

Children growing up in the world's toughest places are just like the kids in your neighbourhood. They want to laugh, play, go to school and grow up free from fear. But instead, they're fleeing bullets and facing starvation. They can't choose a different childhood. But you can. Your gift to Childhood Rescue is changing lives. Because of you, kids who have been through so much can be kids again. You're helping them to survive, recover and build a future. None of this would be possible without you.

Your kindness means dignity and a future full of opportunities for girls like Nyayiik

Your kindness means dignity and a future full of opportunities for girls like Nyayiik

In South Sudan, 17-year-old Nyayiik often missed a week of school every month. She had to stay home because her family couldn't afford the $2 pack of sanitary pads she needed.

"For a girl with dreams, every school day matters," says Nyayiik. She really wants to become an engineer, but used to worry that missing so many classes would make it impossible.

That fear is now gone, thanks to kind Childhood Rescue supporters like you. Now Nyayiik receives a hygiene pack with 12 months of supplies, including reuseable sanitary towels, soap, and underwear, plus school supplies. Because you care, girls like Nyayiik no longer need to choose between their dignity and education. They now have the confidence to attend school every day, and reach for their God-given dreams. Thank you!

You helped care for over 88,000 children living in crisis, so they had food, clean water, and other every day essentials.

Every month, your compassion helped 2,591 children under five get the vital healthcare they needed to develop and grow strong.

Every 21 days, you helped open a new child friendly space, providing a safehaven for children to learn, play, and receive care.

In Afghanistan, you helped repair water systems in 5 communities, bringing safe drinking water to 18,684 children and adults.

Real children. Real change. Made possible by you.

“Life was difficult when there was no food support. We used to divide the food. Sometimes we ate only once a day. Due to hunger, I couldn’t play with my friends because I felt tired and stressed. Even while I was at school, I kept thinking about whether there would be food at home when I returned.”

Thanks to you, refugee families like Gatwech's have been supported with basic foods like cereals, pulses, oil, and salt – enough to prepare simple healthy meals. What's more, students now get a hot, nutritious lunch at school! “I have the school meal every day during school time. I like the food," says Gatwech.

He shares, “The school feeding helps me stay at school, learn, and participate in my class. When I grow up, I want to be a doctor, so I can help my community."
